If you want to claim a free extended warranty for PRASKY products, please
- Send an extended warranty request with your 17-digit Amazon order ID# by email, phone, and online chat on this website.
- We will have your order recorded in our system and give you a response, which means you've extended the warranty to 2 years already!
- Purchases made on praskylife.com will have a 2-year warranty automatically. You don’t need to contact us to extend it.
The warranty for PRASKY products does not cover situations as follows:
a.Lack of valid purchase evidence, or is beyond the warranty period.
b.Damage is caused by improper handling, usage, maintenance, or storage by the user.
c.Not covered for non-household use (e.g., production, business, commercial, etc).
d.Damage is caused by not following the product's user manual for usage, maintenance, and care.
e.Damage resulting from disassembly or repairs by yourself or non-authorized service centers.
f.Damage caused by irresistible forces (such as lightning, fire, earthquake, flood, and other natural disasters).
